What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is twelve (12) bottles to receive wholesale pricing. Anything less than twelve bottles in considered retail and would be charged at retail costs.
How much is private labeling?
Private labeling is FREE! When you purchase 12 bottles or more through InfinitCreationsLLC, we offer free private labeling.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is FREE! Your package should usually arrive in 1-6 business days. If you would like overnight shipping, contact us when placing your order and we’ll be happy to provide you with a quote.
Where is the product made and are you the manufacturer?
We manufacture all our products in the USA from our GMP Certified Facility, from ingredients we source around the world from vetted and qualified raw material suppliers.
What if I don’t know what I would like on my private label?
We have about a dozen unclaimed templates that you can choose from. We also can make a custom design that is unique to you. The lead time for a custom design for a private label is usually 24 hrs, but the speed of the custom design process can change due to response times.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes we do! Any unopened bottles can be returned for a full refund. You will only be refunded for the bottles that are unopened.
What is the difference in price between glass and plastic?
There is no difference in cost. The cost remains the exact same whether its plastic or glass.
What are the benefits of using glass bottles over plastic bottles?
Some will say that the glass bottles have a slightly more professional appearance to them. On the other hand, plastic will ensure the customer will get the product without it breaking.
What is the startup cost? Are there an cancellation fees?
There is no startup cost, cancelation cost, or any re occurring charges. The only time your credit card is ever charged is when you place an order. For security purposes we DO NOT keep your credit card on file, unless you ask us to.
Do you guys offer any customer support?
We do offer customer support to our vendors (you) and you with your very own customer service representative for future assistance. However, we will not offer customer service for your own customers. For instance, if you have a few customers coming to you with lots of questions that you don’t have the answers to, we will provide you with those answers. We will not contact your customers for you, that will still be your responsibility.
What is your turnaround time on order fulfillment?
We will send bottles out same day up to 1,000 bottles. For larger orders, we require 24 hour fulfillment time.
Do you build web pages?
No, we do not. There are many sites and resources where we can help point you in the right direction for website and website building services.
I'm local, can I place an order and pick it up same day?
You sure can! Our offices are at the location listed below. Assuming your order is less than 1,000 bottles, you can pick it up the same day. For larger orders, we will need 24 hours time fulfillment.

What is the difference between a generic label and a private label?
Generic label = The label design will be just as you see on our website, however, the reordering information will be your company. Infiniti Creations reordering information cannot be used on wholesale and/or dropship services. Our contact information will only be listed on sample purchases. You cannot alter anything other than the reordering information on a generic label since a graphics/content change would be categorized as a private label, this includes company logo’s or other graphic changes.
Private label = a completely unique design and concept. Infiniti Creations, for legal reasons, will not create a company logo for you but we will give you a unique design exclusive for you and your company. We will implement your company logo if you supply the graphics for it.

How does dropshipping work?
1. Customer buys product from you/your site.
2. You receive the order and payment from your customer.
3. You forward the order to us and pay the cost of goods.
4. We ship the products to your customer.
How do I submit my dropship order to you?
Spreadsheets – By shared spreadsheets that your account manager will be setting up. If you are interested in a dropship account, please email or call us. An account manager will send you video tutorials and links with information on how to use your dropship account and upload orders for fulfillment! This will require you to have a gmail account.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum to order for dropshipping! For wholesale and/or private labeling, however, a minimum order of 12 bottles would be required in order to qualify.

Do you offer price matching?
Yes! We have a price match guarantee, as long as official documentation can be provided. (Please note that price matching is based off the quantities ordered).
I’m interested in multiple products, how many labels do I get for a 12 bottle purchase?
This can only be decided by your account manager, orders of 100 or more, or if you have a history of working with Infiniti we often offer continued free private labeling services. On a first purchase 12 units will get you 1 professional private label for the product you purchased. Negotiations for more labels can only be approved by your account manager.
Can you provide any certificates/credentials?
We can provide the following certificates and credentials and more, based upon request.

- FDA Registration
- Kosher Certification
- Inspection Certificates by Department of Agriculture
- Certificate of Analysis/Microbial Reports/MSDS
Custom Orders
Large custom orders can vary in their minimum order quantity. Often it’s typical to see minimums start around 1000 oz (liquids) or 200,000 capsules (capsules) and go up from there depending on the ingredients. If we run any product that you do not commit to an entire batch of the product then we exercise the right to be able to freely and publicly sell that product on our website or other means. We will always offer proprietary rights to your formula when you commit to a full lot# to the best of our ability however, if the full batch is not committed to and existing inventory approaches its exp date, then in order to reconcile the costs of the product we may sell it.
