SHIPPING POLICY
We can ship to nearly any address in the world. All orders placed before 3pm MST (Mon - Fri) will be shipped the same business day. All wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx Ground for free! Faster shipping rates are also available at minimal costs. USPS shipping options are available for smaller packages, we can ship to PO boxes, however there may be additional expenses due to the size of the order.
International shipping rates will apply to all packages, whether they be wholesale or dropship. Infiniti Creations is not responsible for paying duties and taxes for any country to import our products, any international package refused will not be refunded the cost of shipping.
Some countries do have restrictions and if you are an international customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to know their customs regulations on if the product will reach them or not. If you have already placed your order and your country is restricted, we will refund your order in full prior to its shipment with a letter of notification from our customer support staff. If the package was already shipped and gets seized in customs we will refund the cost of the product but not the cost of shipping.
Large volume international accounts will have available options to qualify for fulfillment in a number of different countries. We do have partners in other countries that we can ship bulk product to from the U.S. and then dropship orders to individual consumers from that country, drastically reducing their international shipping rates. This is an option only advised to people getting 20+ international orders per day.
Please note: in order to take advantage of our free shipping option, Infiniti will control how it is shipped. If a different manner of shipping is requested by the client they will be responsible for the difference in cost. Free shipping is also on the condition that the client is paying standard website listed pricing. If a client orders 100 units, however, is awarded the 250-500 tier or higher pricing then shipping expenses will be added to the invoice. In the end there is no such thing as free shipping, however, currently it is built into the website listed pricing for ease of ordering for clients. Whenever the orders become customized shipping expenses may be added.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
CUSTOM LABELING
Custom/private labeling is FREE with wholesale orders! When selecting custom label on your order for new customers, you will be initially contacted via email by one of our graphics designers within 1 business day to get started on creating your custom label. Once you have approved your label, your order will then be prepped and shipped out.
Important Note - Due to potential copyright infringement, we do not create logos for your company. We can easily incorporate your logo into your label if you already have one, but we do not create a logo from scratch for you. Requests for final product imaging is ONLY available on orders of 50 bottles or more. Custom labels will not be worked on until an active order is in place.
RETURNS
We are so confident that you will be 100% satisfied in the quality of our products and supplements, that we offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all of our products. Purchase with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return any sealed products back to us and we will refund you in full.
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
Please note: orders that came with free private labeling services are not eligible for refunds if the graphic designer has already performed the tasks of creating your labels. Your designer is compensated immediately on the approval of your labels so unfortunately if your order included free private labeling it would not be eligible for a refund.
Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your name, address, phone number and order number. Your account will be credited with a full refund when we receive the returned merchandise. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Once received by our distribution department, it usually takes 3-5 business days for it to be processed through our billing department, and you will receive your full refund. Any additional expenses that were paid for shipping will not be refunded i.e. international shipping costs, overnight shipping costs, etc. Our free shipping option is the only option that will be refunded. A 1$ fee per unit will apply for all private label orders to pay our staff to clean and remove existing labels; including rebottling, recoding, resealing, and retesting to release for resale.
